Turmeric News!
I have now begun stocking turmeric in capsule form in the shopify store.
I began carrying it because Paramahamsa Nithyananda recommends that we take it daily to increase brain and body function. He says that it is important for overall health, and as a detoxifier of toxins.
He particularly recommends that the turmeric powder be applied to the forehead at night to detoxify the pineal gland. Haritaki also works on cleansing the pineal gland, by taking it internally.
The reason to detoxify the pineal gland is to increase function of the third eye, which in turn accesses increased intuition and other senses beyond the normal 5 senses.
