In a speech at a dinner at a London mansion on On Thursday, the mayor is expected to say: “I simply cannot remain silent about the enormous damage that Brexit is doing.
“Ministers seem to developed selective amnesia when it comes to one of root causes of our problems. Brexit can’t be retouched out of history or consequences wished away.”
