  • ramekin or bowl or mug

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cassava flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure cane sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large ramekin or small bowl. Mix well.
  • Drop the chocolate chips into the center and push them beneath the surface of the batter, but not all the way to the bottom of the dish.
  • Microwave 1 minute, then serve.
